Fridge foraging Gochujang hot soup for #meatlessmonday is my go soup in a cold autumn day 🍂 🥣!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add about 2-3 cup of water in a saucepan, bring it up to the boil, add #dashi stock or veggie stock in and mix well.
* Step 2
Add be a curd knot, mushroom, carrot, broccoli, tofu in and mix well. Seasoning with Gochujang, soysauce, salt and pepper
* Step 3
Let them cook for a few more min, serve and eat immediately. Perfect comfort food to keep you warm.
