Watermelon, Cucumber and Paneer Cheese in Sweet Tamarind Dressing 🥗
Let take Cookpad newest challenge and make some delicious food without fuss! This is my take on freshly nocook watermelon salad #feelgoodfood 🥗. This dish inspired by greek style feta cheese salad but I made some twist by using what I have in the fridge. I use paneer cheese instead of feta and made my own sweet tamarind dressing which go so well with this salad. Only took me 10 min to make this !

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all the salad part in a mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Mix all the dressing in a small jar with lid and shake well. See photo attached of the tamarind sauce I used for this dressing
* Step 3
Serve up your salad on the plate and add dressing on the top. Garnish with lemon wedges if prefer.
