Delicious soft and sweet boabun. Easy to make at home you can make in a big batch and freeze them as well.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Make 10-12 small buns

Cooking time :

1 hour 30 minutes
50 ml

milk

1 tbsp

cooking oil

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add flour, sugar, milk powder and baking power to a mixing bowl. Add yeast and mix well.

Add the mixture of combined wet ingredients (double cream, milk, water) into the dry ingredients, mix.

* Step 3

Knead for 10-15 min until smooth. Rest the dough for about 30 min.

* Step 4

Form into small balls. Roll out into oval shape then spray some vegetable oil on the top surface. Spread out evenly. Fold in half and place on a piece of square paper.

Steam in bamboo steamer (or any kind of vegetable steamer) for about 15-20 min.
