Leftover Christmas Thai spicy salad ๐Ÿฅ—

My Thai spicy salad with #konjac noodles and #leftovers Christmas meats and salad is a perfect way to detox my body from Christmas dinner yesterday. I use konjac noodles instead of glass noodles as it has a lot less cal than glass noodles. Those leftover iceberg from the starter prawns cocktail is perfect to add for crunchiness plus all the flavoursome Christmas meats with spiced stuffing are perfect addition.
