Grilled sweet corn with coconut crumbs

This is my own twist using toasted desiccated coconut crumbs on top of those grilled corn on the cops. It’s addictively sweet, salty and nutty 🌽 😋 #summerchallenge1

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 tbsp

brown sugar

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook corn on the cop in the saucepan for about 15 min or until they just cooked

Add coconut crumbs mixer into a small saucepan. Turn the heat on low.

* Step 3

Once coconut crumbs toasted until lovely and brown. Place it on a plate.

* Step 4

Place cooked corn on the cop on to the coconut crumbs and roll them all over until crumbs cover sweet corns.

* Step 5

Grilled corn of the cop on a high heat griddle pan or on the barbie. You can top up extra leftover coconut crumbs.

It’s a perfect side dish for the family bbq or any meal.
