Meatless Monday (or every day) Thai Kefta Kababs
Meatless Thai kefta kababs with feta cheese salad and sriracha mayo is a delicious meal for this coming summer ☀️! I use began meat and it’s so tasty and easy to prepare too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, and let sit for 1 hour or longer to allow the flavors to blend. The kefta is then ready to shape and cook.
* Step 2
Grill on the pan or griddle pan for about 10-15 min
