Roasted grapes with prawns and halumi salad

This light salad with honey and chilli flakes roasted grapes, walnuts, halumi, bean sprouts and pomegranate was just the perfect light meal 🥗💗💗. #saladcontest #cookingwithyui

Ingredient

red grapes

bean sprouts

Handful

pomegranate

Handful

spinach

2 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

On medium heat pan roasted grapes with honey, balsamic vinegar and chilli flakes together for 5-6 minutes

* Step 2

Grilled halumi on the griddle pan

* Step 3

Put the salad in a big bowl then add roasted grapes and halumi. Quick mix all the salad together. Then transfer to serving plate
