Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the chillies in vinegar making sure all is covered for a week in a clean bottle.Strain the chillies and place it in a dish.Add the pickle masala and mix through.Heat the oil and pour over the chillies. Leave it to cool and put it into clean bottles.*Should fill 2-3 bottles depending on bottle sizes
