Chicken Tortilla Wraps
Why spend on fast foods when you can make it at home?Make these delicious crunchy chicken wraps for your family,that will definitely be a winner

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sift the dry ingredients for the tortillas,add oil and water. Make a soft dough, roll into balls and roll out on floured surface. Cook on a hot thawa with 1Tbs melted butter mixed with 2Tbs oil(spread little on both sides while cooking)Place on papertowel in airtight container.Makes 1 dozen tortillas
* Step 2
Marinate the chicken strips with 1 tsp of the bbq spice and 1 tsp of the chicken spice.
In bowl add the flour and rest of the spices.Mix together, coat the strips in flour and fry on med heat for bout 10mins or till done. Place on papertowel to soak excess oil.
* Step 3
Spread the perinaise on the tortilla, sprinkle some lettuce, add the gherkins, mushrooms, chicken strips,onion rings and top off with little more lettuce. Fold over and poke 2 toothpicks through the wrap to hold it closed.Enjoy with your favourite cold drink 🌯🥤
