Homemade Crunchie Bars
Satisfy that sweet tooth cravings with this yummy treat.Easy to make and tastes exactly like the shop bought ones.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a baking tray with greased wax paper.Add sugar and honey in a pot and place it on low heat till the sugar melts.
Turn up the heat to medium and let the it simmer until golden in colour.Add the vanilla essence
* Step 2
Turn off the heat and whisk in the bicarbonate of soda quickly.
* Step 3
Pour the syrup immediately onto the wax paper.
* Step 4
Leave it to set slightly and use a greased knife to cut it into logs and then leave it to harden.
* Step 5
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.Separate the honeycomb and dip them in the chocolate using a fork till fully coated and place on wax paper to set.Enjoy the homemade crunchies and keep them in an air-tight container in the fridge.
