Cooking instructions
* Step 1
100 gr of warm red beans in a bowl, add 1 spoon of olive oil and a bit of salt
* Step 2
Half avocado smashed in a bowl
* Step 3
Boil water (1.5 glass), add 100 gr of black quinoa on the water, wait 20 minutes
* Step 4
Mix avocado bowl with 50gr goat cheese
* Step 6
Finally add the boiled quinoa and mix again
