Lemon Pound Loaf
#Baking with vegetables and fruits contest. I always wanted to try the lemon pound cake but today I manage to bake it and it was delicious lemony and tasty 😋😋😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 180 degree Celsius
* Step 2
Sift the flour and add the lemon zest
* Step 3
Then take another bowl and add the margarine and sugar and mix with a hand mixer
* Step 4
After mixing then crack the eggs with vanilla and lemon squeeze
* Step 5
Mix with a hand mixer then add the flour and mix bit by bit
* Step 6
Once all mixed then grease the pan and sprinkle the flour and pour the mixed dough
* Step 7
Bake the loaf for 30 minutes once baked remove from the oven and let it cool
* Step 8
After it outside take a bowl mix a icing sugar half a cup with lemon squeeze. Then brush the loaf as they are still warm
* Step 9
Once brushed the loaves then the secret to have that moist loaf freeze it for 15minutes the loaves will come out soft and delicious
