Easy Prawn and Veggie noodles
Just a simple weeknight dinner, made extra special with some fresh #seasonsupply veg and toasted sesame seeds
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the noodles as the pack instructs
* Step 2
Chop the pepper, spring onions, cabbage and spinach
* Step 3
Heat a decent glug of sesame oil in a wok. Once hot add all the chopped veg and stir fry until greens have wilted and peppers soften
* Step 4
Meanwhile heat a dry frying pan and toast the sesame seeds gently- they burn really quickly so keep an eye on them
* Step 5
Add the prawns, noodles and a few tablespoons of soy sauce to the veg, stir fry together until all mixed in
* Step 6
Serve with a topping of the toasted sesame seeds
