Satay chicken
A tasty easy recipe that can be served with stir fry veg and noodles or rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
For the marinade: Chop the garlic, ginger, chilli and spring onions and add the soy sauce
* Step 3
Cut the chicken into strips and marinate in the sauce for about 10-15 minutes
* Step 4
For the satay sauce: Mix the finely chopped garlic, ginger, spring onions, soy sauce, peanut butter and warm water.
* Step 5
Chop some red onion and put in base of baking tray.
Add a layer of long stem broccoli.
Put the chicken in the baking tray and coat with the satay sauce.
* Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes
