Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a wok.

* Step 2

Put mustard seeds.

* Step 3

When crackle put onions and all the chopped vegetables..

* Step 4

Stir well

* Step 5

Add salt and red chilli powder.

* Step 6

Add vermicelli and cook in the masala.

* Step 7

Put 2 cups water.

* Step 8

When boil cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

* Step 9

Open and serve hot.
