Ingredient

1 bowl

wheat flour

1 cup

milk

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

carrom seeds

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash the fenugreek leaves

* Step 2

Put in a mixer jar

* Step 3

Add green chiliies

* Step 4

Put milk and grind it

* Step 5

Put wheat flour in a bowl

* Step 6

Add salt and all the spices

* Step 7

Pour fenugreek leaves pury

* Step 8

Make the smooth dough

* Step 9

Rest 10 minutes

* Step 10

Heat oil

* Step 11

Make small poories and fry it

* Step 12

Serve with pickle or sabzi
