Hello! I wanted to share Japanese mochi recipes!

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings

Cooking time :

Half day(including soaking time of the rice)
3 cups

mochi rice

1 tablespoon

kinako soy flour

1 pinch

salt

1 tablespoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. First, wash the rice lightly and have it soaked in the water for 6 hours.

2. Drain the rice.

* Step 3

3. Put the drained rice and 150-200ml into the mochi machine. It steams for about 40-50 minutes.

4. Let the mochi machine pound mochi for 10 minutes. Then, shape.

5. Mix salt, sugar and soy flour to make a mochi condiment.

6. Enjoy the mochi together with 5. And/or red bean paste.
