Mirchi Ka salan
#GA4 #week4 This is the best accompaniment to Biryani. You can also enjoy this gravy with steam rice or bhakri.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast peanuts, sesame seeds, poppy seeds desicated coconut and take it into the mixer grinder.
* Step 2
Then add. Green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, tamrind water & pulp, ginger garlic paste and grind it into a smooth paste.
* Step 3
In a pan take oil, once it heats up add cumin seeds & curry leaves, then add finely chopped onion and cooki it for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Then add the prepared paste and saute it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 5
Now add water mix well, add salt and simmer the salan on low flame for 20 minutes.
* Step 6
Serve the salan hot with biryani or steam rice or bhakri, garnish with green chillies.
