Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl soak cashew nuts, red chilli powder, kasuri methi in warm water & let it rest for 30min.

* Step 2

Meanwhile in a pan heat ghee, add jeera, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves, ginger & onion cook till onion becomes a little soft.

* Step 3

Once the onion mix become es little cold blend it into a smooth paste, also blend the cashew mix into a smooth paste.

* Step 4

In a pan take the onion puree, cashew paste mix well cook for 2min, then add tomato puree & mix well.

* Step 5

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, salt & mix well. Cook for another 10min, then add paneer cubes, mix well cook for 5min more.

* Step 6

Lastly switch off the gas, add coriander, garnish with cream & serve with chapati.
