Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First semi boil aaloo vadis like we boil soya nuggets, then shallow fry them & keep them aside.

* Step 2

In a pan take oil, once it becomes hot add jeera, hing & turmeric mix well, then add onions & cook till onions become soft, then add ginger garlic paste & again cook for 10-15min, then add tomato puree & cook well till the mixture releases oil.

* Step 3

Then add salt, kitchen king masala, red chilli powder & again cook it for 10min, then add 2 cups water & mix well, then add boiled diced potatoes & vadis & cook it on a low flame for 10 min.

* Step 4

Lastly add coriander & serve with roti or rice.
