Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker boil the soaked raajma add salt while boiling, also keep the water in which raajma was boiled.

* Step 2

In a pan take oil & ghee, add jeera once the oil is hot, then add finely chopped onions & cook it till onions become brown, then add ginger garlic paste & again cook for 5-10min on low flame.

* Step 3

Then add chopped tomatoes & mix well, cook well for 10-15min till everything becomes soft, then add red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, salt & mix well, cook till oil is released.

* Step 4

Then add boiled raajma with water to the cooked masala & cook it on low flame for 20-25min stir occasionally.

* Step 5

Once you get a desired consistency add coriander & switch off the gas & serve with steamed rice.
