Sabudana Kheer

#festive #Navratri # post 4 We make this recipe once or twice during navratri, it's a very simple sweet dish yet so delicious.

Ingredient

1/4 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

rose water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours in water & keep them ready.

* Step 2

Take milk in a heavy bottom pan & start boiling it on low flame.

* Step 3

When milk reduces a little say 1/3rd add sabudana & again boil it over a low flame.

* Step 4

Once it is reduced to half quantity add sugar & cook for another 10min.

* Step 5

Lastly add rose water & switch off the gas.

* Step 6

Serve it warm or cold, garnish it with rose petals & nuts if you want.
