Chocochip brookies

#chocolate So this is an eggless version of the famous brookies inspired by masterchef Australia.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift all purpose flour, coco powder, cornflour & baking powder & keep aside

* Step 2

Preheat the oven on 160•c for 10min & line a cookie tray with parchment paper.

* Step 3

Beat together room temperature butter & brownsugar till light & fluffy. Then add vanilla & mix well.

* Step 4

Then fold in the flour mix & add milk to combine everything together. Lastly add chocochips & get the dough together.

* Step 5

Chill the dough in the fridge for 15min.

* Step 6

Then scoop out small dollops of the dough onto the parchment paper & bake it in a preheated oven for 12-15min over 160•c.

* Step 7

Remove the brookie after 15min & transfer in on the wire rack & cool well for 20-30min. These will be crispy on the outside & soft on the inside.

* Step 8

Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

* Step 9

Make sure the butter is soft & all other ingredients are on room temperature.

* Step 10

It is important to chill the dough in the fridge for atleast 15min.
