Homemade maida matar

Ingredient

200 gms

maida

2 tsp

semolina

To taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take bowl, put flour and all ingredients except oil.

* Step 2

Now add 4 tsp oil for moyan.

* Step 3

Now mix all, rub with your fingers, add little water and make tight dough.

* Step 4

Keep it side for 30 minute.

* Step 5

Now roll it out 1 cm thick.

* Step 6

Cut into medium strips.

* Step 7

Heat oil and deep fry all.

* Step 8

Serve with tea.
