Chicken curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add the the onion paste, garlic & ginger paste, saute and cook till it turns golden brown in colour.

* Step 2

Next add in the tomato puree and mix it well. Then put in the powdered spices along with salt to taste.

* Step 3

Now add the chicken pieces into this mixture. Stir and fry till they turn into a beautiful golden brown colour.

* Step 4

Then pour in 1/2 cup of water. Cover with a lid and let it simmer till the chicken is properly cooked.

* Step 5

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with rice/roti as desired.
