Besan

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 tsp

Ajwain

1 Cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take besan in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, onion, grated paneer, tomato, green chillies, ajwain and coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Whisk all the ingredients together in the bowl along with water to make a mixture.Add more water to make it's consistency light.

* Step 3

Now take a pan and put some amount of the besan mixture to pan fry it.

* Step 4

Fry till it turns solid, crispy and golden brown.Put some grated paneer, onion, black pepper and coriander leaves over.

* Step 5

Fold it and serve hot with red chilli chutney.
