Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl,mash the bananas. Now add milk,sooji,wheat flour.
* Step 2
Add kesar, elachi powder, saunf powder, saunf, conedsed milk.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients till a smooth lump free batter is formed.
* Step 4
Keep the batter aside for 1-2 hours. After 2 hours once the batter is nice and fluffy, add ghee to the pan, heat the skillet and pour small amount of batter.
* Step 5
Cook on small flame till lightly brown from both the side.
* Step 6
Dip the malpuas in the jaggery syrup for around 5 to 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Serve it on a plate and garnish it with pistas and almonds.
