Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a heated wok, pour oil then sautee garlic and shallot. Then the pork sautee until it changes colour.

* Step 2

Add a little water to cook the pork. After five mins add carrot, potato, soy then continue cooking.

* Step 3

When the veggies are half cook. Add liver and bell pepper. Mix it.

* Step 4

When liver changes color add vinegar. Dont mix for a while.

* Step 5

Continue cook until its done.
