Deep fry Salt and Pepper Tofu

tapioca flour

1 teaspoon

black pepper

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1 teaspoon

powdered broth

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the tofu into size bite Prepare concave ingredients; flour, salt, pepper, broth, tapioca flour, baking powder and water. Stir until evenly distributed but not too liquid. Heat oil for frying tofu. Dip the tofu in the dyes and fry until cooked and browned.
