Paneer Tikka Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly make a paste with onion, tomato, cashew, ginger+garlic, and make a smooth paste.
* Step 2
In a pan put oil heat it and golden fry the paneer.
* Step 3
Put oil in a pan heat it and add bay leaf, paste, and saute it.
* Step 4
Now add the turmeric, salt, chili powder, cardamom powder, clove powder, and saute.
* Step 5
Once the curry paste is cooked, add yogurt, tomato ketchup, and saute.
* Step 6
Now, add cream, Kasuri methi, garam masala, 1/4 cup water and saute. Finally, add a paneer and mix everything.
* Step 7
Now enjoy with roti, naan.
