roasted khoya/mava

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take pan put 1 cup sugar and water and make sugar syrup.

Then take bread cut it into star shape with cutter.

Then put oil into kadhai and deep fry all breads.

* Step 4

Then divide sugar syrup in three parts and in one part put red color, in second part put green color and last one is remain as it is. Then one by one all fried bread put into red, Green and white sugar syrup..

* Step 5

Then arrange all Sahi tukda in plate and put khoya on it.
