coriander powder

cumin seeds

kasuri methi

milk

1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take bowl put water, then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and make paste.

* Step 2

Then take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds spluter them.

* Step 3

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it, then add masala paste saute till oil separated.

* Step 4

Now peeled the potatoes, roughly break it and put in the Kadhai add saute it.

* Step 5

Then add 1 cup milk and give one boil. If required than add water too for gravy.

* Step 6

Enjoy with Poori.
