Sattu Litti

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take one big bowl add flour, salt, kasuri meethi and knead properly and keep aside for 10 min.
* Step 2
Then take bowl add sattu, black salt, carrom seeds, pickles masala, kasuri meethi, lemon juice, garlic and knead it with water properly.
* Step 3
Then take dough and through palm make puri and in centre put sattu mix and close it and make ball type. This process made all Litti. Litti is ready for baking.
* Step 4
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.Place all the balls on a baking dish and bake them for 30-40 minutes.
* Step 5
Flip the side half way through, you may have to do it 2-3 times in between to get the even cooking done. If you don't want to bake also deep fry it.
* Step 6
Enjoy litti with brinjal, potatoes chokha.
