Besan

1 tablespoon

chopped onion

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

1 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl, put Moong Dal, Besan, onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic paste, kasuri methi, salt and mix it properly, if required add little water too.

Now give cutlets shape from mixture.

Then take non stick pan, spread oil and put all cutlets and swallow fry from both sides.

Then served with any dips or sauces.
