mustard seeds

1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds

1 tablespoon

dessicated coconut

1 tablespoon

kasuri methi

1 teaspoon

sugar

as per taste

Salt

1/2 cup

milk

1 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly heat oil, Splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, ginger and asafoetida.

* Step 2

Then add corn, kasuri methi and saute it.

Now add milk after 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Add sugar, salt mix well. Bring to boil and simmer till corn is cooked and thick

Garnish with dessicated coconut, cream and served it.
