Small Eggplant Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly cut small Eggplant into two pieces.
* Step 2
Then in pan put oil heat it and roast all eggplant.
* Step 3
Meanwhile take one bowl water add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, salt and mix it properly.
* Step 4
Now when Eggplant is roasted add that mixture and fry it properly.
* Step 5
Then served it with chappati, rice.
