Sabudana Salad in Edible Bowl

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soaked sabudana for 1 hour, then Blanch it for 2 minutes in microwave.
* Step 2
Now after blanching sabudana, add cucumber, carrot, black pepper powder, black salt, green chillies, cumin powder, lemon juice and mix it up properly. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take bowl put maize flour, wheat flour, salt, oil and make a soft dough.
* Step 4
Then make small Puri with rolling pin and board, take a small bowl and cover the bowl with Puri properly.
* Step 5
Now in kadhai heat oil and on sim deep fry it and make all bowls like this.
* Step 6
Now make some nachos style mathri from the dough for garnishing.
* Step 7
Take Edible bowl put sabudana Salad and garnish with nachos mathri. Enjoy it.
