Baked Tomatoes with Rabdi

Ingredient

1/2 litre

milk

1 tablespoon

Dry fruits

1 tablespoon

powder sugar

1 tablespoon

sprinkles

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly scoop out seeds from tomatoes and wash it and put aside.

Then boil milk and on slow flame cooked it and simantensouly stirring it.

* Step 3

Then when milk get reduce and get thicken add sugar, cardamom powder. Now switch off the flame.

Now take tomatoes fill rabdi in it and put dry fruits on top.

Then in microwave on micro put tomatoes for 2 minutes and baked it. After that garnish with sprinkles.
