apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the broccoli, head and stems, in small cubes

* Step 2

Chop the pear and radishes in small cubes, leaving skin on both

* Step 3

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

* Step 4

Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving

* Step 5

Enjoy!
