Italian Pasta Salad 🥗
Great for cookouts, parties, baby showers, or just a side to go with your dinner! you can use Italian dressing to substitute my mayo dressing.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring 4qts of water to a boil. Add pasta and boil for no more than 10 minutes
* Step 2
Drain & rinse pasta with cold water, set aside.
* Step 3
Add pepperoni, salami, & veggies. Mix it all together with pasta in a big bowl. Add mozzarella cheese
* Step 4
Create dressing to the consistency of your liking with more or less water. I added seasoning & lemon juice to the salad then added mayo separately. (Please don’t ask me why) 😂
* Step 5
Place in the refrigerator to let it cool for about 30min-1hr & it’ll be ready to devour!
