It's my innovation dish and really very amazing too. It's look very beautiful and edible too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly dry roast oats atta.
* Step 2
Then grind the biscuits in grinder.
* Step 3
Now take bowl put oats atta, grinded biscuits, cream and mix it nicely and make a soft dough.
* Step 4
Now dough divided into three parts and add colour Red, green and yellow.
* Step 5
Then make long thread of each colour dough.
* Step 6
Then put one long thread as support.
* Step 7
Then make five semi circle.
* Step 8
Then arrange it, one by one.
* Step 9
Then make 10 balls used of three Colors.
* Step 10
Then place between semi circle.
* Step 11
Now with the fork make design in Toran.
