Fruits Fried Rice

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

Garam masala

2 tablespoons

Cream

4 cups

Milk

1 tablespoon

Sugar

1/2 teaspoon

Cumin seeds

2 tablespoons

Ghee/ Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak the rice for atleast 10 min and boil it in milk without adding water.

* Step 2

Heat Ghee/ butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds crackle them, then Add the sugar to this and fry for a minute. Then add onion saute for 2 min.

* Step 3

Add the peas, Soya badi saute it, then add cream and rice saute it.

* Step 4

Garnish with Fruits and serve hot with paneer raita.
