Three coloured aloo gobhi gosht
I love it . You can try i hope you won't regret it. Three colours are brown for meat green of peppers and yellow of cauliflower and potatoes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boil meat by adding 1 t sp salt and onions.
* Step 2
When water almost dry then strain meat and save a cup broth for later use. Now add ginger garlic paste and cauliflower in it.
* Step 3
Add potatoes piece,salt, turmeric green peppers chopped red chilli flakes and remaining broth too. Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables done. Add coriander leaves in last.
* Step 4
Ready. Serve with hot roti
