Jeannie's Macaroni Salad
I know, I know everybody and their mama has a macaroni salad recipe but this one is MINE! Make ahead of time so the flavors can come together ❤️ 😋 at least a couple of hours in the fridge...
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil macaroni 9 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again
* Step 2
Add your bell, onion, celery and peas, then add lemon juice and stir. Sometimes I add the juice from the Greek peppers
* Step 3
Add the relish, cheese, sugar and packet of ranch mix then give it a stir
* Step 4
Add the mustard, mayo and cream to a bowl and whisk to emulsify then pour onto macaroni and stir to combine very thoroughly. Taste and add more seasoning if desired
* Step 5
Place in airtight Tupperware and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours, overnight is better. ENJOY 😋❤️😘
