Jeannie's Guacamole
Everybody and their mama make guacamole but this one is MINE!!
As you can tell, I LOVE GARLIC ❤️
Yes, it has a garlic bite
And NO, it won't kill you 😘

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the avocados by cutting in half, removing the seed and scooping out the flesh and place in a bowl
* Step 2
Chop, (don't mash) the avocados and squeeze a couple of limes over them and use a spatula to incorporate
* Step 3
Prepare the tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and GARLIC, add to the bowl and incorporate with spatula
* Step 4
Add more lime juice at this point and the garlic salt, black pepper, and cumin and give it a good stir to combine everything. Add cilantro if you want
* Step 5
Give it a taste and add more spice if desired and place it all in a airtight container in the fridge overnight to marry the flavors
* Step 6
Add to toast or use as a dip with your favorite chips. I like to use it as a base for sandwiches vs. mayo or I top it on salads vs. dressing 😋😘
