Focaccia bread

Its italian flat bread either simple or with some vegetables and dil. i made it with some daily basis used veggies.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 to 4 persons

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 kg

flour

2 cups

milk

1 tsp

salt

1 sachet

yeast

3 tbsp

olive oil

leaves

coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour, add salt, yeast sachet,oil, 2 cups milk and use water as required to make it dough

* Step 2

Add red chilli flakes too if you like i added garlic paste and red chilli flakes to enhance its flavor

Rest it for an hr in warm place for proofing. Then make it desired shape by using dry flour.

Meanwhile cut daily used veggies in desired shapes

Assemble the cut veggies on the tortilla and olives if you like. i like them so i used them too. you can use chicken tikka chunks too if u like but i didn't use them.

Appy some hot sauce on tortilla. i used pasta sauce.

Bake tortilla at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
