Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First sautee onion and garlic in 1 tb spoon oil add spinach and mushrooms and stir fry until spinach becomes soft. Place a side

* Step 2

Meanwhile on another stove boil the penny pasta by adding salt,oil and some water. Strain and place a side.

* Step 3

Now make white sauce. Take 3 tb spoon butter in a pan melt it then add 1 and half tb spoon flour in it. Stir fry. Now add milk slowly to avoid lumps then season it with salt and pepper. Cook until thick add mozeralla cheese in it along with mushrooms and spinach.

* Step 4

Take a plate. Put Penney Pasta then pour over the white sauce mixture of spinach s mushrooms. Enjoy
