Chicken bombay biryani

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil the rice by adding cumin seeds and salt, strain and place aside. Now take a pan and put oil in it then caramalize onions in oil. Add chicken pieces in same oil and cook well add in ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli flakes, biryani masala,cumin seeds,cardamoms cloves, cinnamon sticks,fennel seed, green peppers chopped, and dry plums.,

* Step 2

When masala form add in boiled rice, put some oranage colour dissolved in quarter cup milk and 4 drop of biryani essence in it. Top with some more mint leaves, tomatoes and caramalized onions then simmer for 8 to 10 min. Ready
