Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean ricebwash well then soak in water for an hr
* Step 2
Then put in juicer and blend a little. It should be grainy.
* Step 3
Now let it cook on low flame add sugar or artificial sweetener in it
* Step 4
Now put a tb sp cardamom essence in it along with milk
* Step 5
Cook until rice well done and kheer become thick.
* Step 6
Place a side and let it cool down.
* Step 7
Meanwhile Assemble rabri and mawa in bowls
* Step 8
Put some mango chunks too
* Step 9
For glass presentation. First make banana jelly and put in glasses. Set some for later use
* Step 10
Now put some rabri, mawa and mango chunks in glasses
* Step 11
Now add kheer in bowls and glasses
* Step 12
Now assemble the upper layer with mawa, rabri mango chunks, almonds and jelly
