khoya

1/2 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take heavy bottom kadhai, boil the milk add khoya, sugar elaichi powder.

Cook it for 7 to 10 mins,when it becomes in thick consistency, switch off the flame, keep it aside at room temperature.

Pour the kulfi mixture in disposable glass.Sprinkle the pista cover it with foil paper

* Step 4

Keep it in the freezer for 7 to 8 hrs or overnight. Demould the kulfi pour gulab sharbat. Garnish with pista

Tadaaaa Shahi malai kulfi is ready.It is very soft, creamy, delicious
